ducks and quails and ceviches
had one of the most epic dinners ever on Wednesday night. Decided last minute to stay at the Grand Californian at Disneyland. Took Canooosa for a sleep over date. Had dinner at Napa Rose. Crazy 5 course meal with a wine pairing for each. Sat at the Chef’s table. They just made us whatever they felt like. Had no idea what was coming. Ended up eating duck, quail, some gnarly ceviche. quick little dinner date at Javier’s tonight with Canoooosa after not being able to find a new scarf and/or hat. Chicken Fajitas were glorious. I’m surprised I don’t eat there more often. Every time I go it ends up being a great meal. I think I’m going to start trying to eat at a bunch of places I’ve never been to before. I need to step out of my comfortable little...
